Setup
We build your cost codes and chart of accounts, connect QuickBooks Online with Buildertrend or JobTread, and clean up backlog if needed.
Monthly close
Within 10 business days of month end: books closed, job cost by house and cost code, change order log, draw package prep.
Margin review
A 20 to 30 minute call each month with our founder. We go house by house and agree on what to watch next.
