Are there any setup fees?

We do charge a one-time Financial Architecture Build fee (starting at $500) before monthly service begins. Here’s why: most bookkeepers skip this step, plug into your bank feed, and start categorizing transactions into a generic chart of accounts. Six months later, your CPA is rebuilding everything at tax time. We’d rather do it right once.

Your onboarding includes a real estate – specific chart of accounts, entity structuring, software configuration, and bank connections – all designed so your financials are lender-ready and tax-optimized from day one.

If your books need cleanup, we’ll scope that on our discovery call and quote it separately per month of backlog. You’ll see that number before you commit.
